Cancellation Policy (In-Person Courses, Classes and Workshops)

Because places are limited and I prepare kits/resources in advance, the following cancellation terms apply.

Workshops, Classes and Courses (£100+)

• More than 14 days before the event: choose a full refund or transfer to another date (subject to availability).
  
• 7–14 days before: no refund, but you may transfer once or take credit to use within 3 months.
  
• Less than 7 days before: no refund, transfer, or credit.
  

Workshops, Classes and Courses (Under £99)

• More than 7 days before: choose a full refund or transfer.
  
• 3–7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer once or take credit to use within 3 months.
  
• Less than 72 hours before: no refund.

You can send someone else

If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place. Please email me their name and contact details at least 48 hours before the start of the event.

If your place is resold

If there is a waiting list and I’m able to fill your place, I can offer a refund minus an admin/transaction fee (£15 for £100+ workshops, £10 for the workshops under £99), or full credit instead.

If I cancel

If I ever need to cancel a workshop/class, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer.

No-shows / late arrival

If you don’t attend (or arrive too late to take part), it is treated as a cancellation and no refund is due.

Workshop requirements (what to bring)

All the details of what to bring (including whether you need a sewing machine) are listed on the workshop booking page and repeated in your confirmation and reminder emails. Please take a moment to read these carefully, as it’s your responsibility to bring the required items so you can take part comfortably.
