How To Square Up A Block

The trouble with sewing fabric is that it moves (ever noticed that?!).  You think everything starts off the same size but by the time we've pieced and quilted, we end up rather wobbly looking blocks.

If this is you, then don't worry - you are not alone!  Pretty much all of us will need to square up our blocks before sewing them together at the next stage, or before attaching sashing.
